Main Plan Assets
The investment provider for the main Plan assets is Legal & General Investment Management. Shift Pay Pension Plan Contributions (SPPP)
The CNPP Trustee has chosen to offer a selection of funds in which members may invest their SPPP contributions. This enables you to consider your personal circumstances and make a choice of investment fund. Members can choose to invest in one or more of the investments options offered. These options can be changed at any time, however, more than one change in a 12 month period may incur an administration fee from the Plan Administrator, Thurso.
The investments that you may choose from are managed by Prudential and BlackRock. The latest fund performance factsheets are available in the Document Library.

Additional Voluntary Contributions (AVCs)
AVCs are the contributions that you can choose to make in addition to your regular contributions if you wish, to top up the amount of pension you will receive at retirement from the core Plan.
